What is the difference between a consult and a quote?
A consult is your initial phone call with New England Building Company. If we determine that your project is within our realm of services, we will then calculate a custom quote which will be applied to your first bill.
What can I expect from my consult?
Your consult will be when New England Building Company determines whether or not we are the right fit for the service you are looking for. Before the end of your consult you will not have a price point, but, you can expect to know whether or not we will take on your project.
When can we expect to hear back after submitting a contact request form online?
We generally get back to all contact request forms and phone calls within 24-48 hours.
What are the next steps after my first consult?
Typically there are two different scenarios after your first consult. We will either go ahead and begin to create your custom quote, or, if your project is extensive, refer you to the ideal architect who will help you transfer your ideas onto paper.
