We loved our invites and save the dates from Basic Invite. Got many compliments on both and were able to customize them to our liking. I accidentally typed the wrong address and customer service helped out and fixed it, I was not on hold for a long time at all. The 15% off special helped out greatly on price since we did front and back for the invites. We used the basic paper (no added cost option) and they looked professional, neat, and expensive! :) We will surely use Basic Invite again for any other needs.

Was able to custom-change the colors that she is going with and also change the font. Such amazing invitations and I will be ordering them after January 1, 2023. The fonts and colors were able to change quick and without any major issues. Just figuring out how to do what. I figured it out and I didn't need to call a customer service reprenentative.
