Easy to use design tools and good price

I found the online design tools to be easy to use and get exactly what I wanted. The pairing design options for the response cards were perfect. Only 1 regret, I ordered twice as many as I actually needed by mistake. Thank you for making this process easy and affordable!

Amazing Customer Service

Besides being happy with our invitations, I need to give major kudos to the Basic Invite team. The first time we ordered our wedding invitations, they were unfortunately lost. The post office delivered it to the wrong apartment by mistake, and could not retrieve them - the person who received our package is blind and hard to communicate with and denied having the package. When we told Basic Invite of what happened, they made us a priority right away and reprinted and shipped our invitations free or charge and expedited the shipping. We were so relieved!!! Everything worked out well, and it was a huge load off of our shoulders. Thank you so much to the Basic Invite team for their amazing products and customer services - really goes a long way. :)
